Wondering what to expect during the Facelift procedure?
Before a facelift procedure, Dr. Sanam Zahedi will conduct a thorough consultation to discuss the patient’s goals and expectations. we ask that you bring photos of your face 10 to 20 years prior.
During the procedure, anesthesia will be administered to ensure the patient’s comfort. Incisions are strategically placed along the hairline and/or around the ears to minimize visibility.
Dr. Zahedi will then lift and reposition the underlying tissues of the face and neck, removing excess skin and tightening the remaining skin for a smoother, more youthful appearance.
The procedure typically takes several hours, depending on the extent of correction needed and whether additional procedures are performed concurrently, such as eyelid surgery or brow lift
